Hamza has extensive experience in assessing business challenges, building future roadmaps and supporting the implementation of complex digital solutions necessary for business success. He is an advocate of lean start-up thinking and agile methods to help private businesses and public sector maximize value for the end consumers. He uses structured approach, thrives in pressure environments and has effectively engaged diverse stakeholder groups to achieve consensus.

Hamza is passionate about creating value and that has led him to extend his support to some promising start ups. He has helped multiple founding teams in validating business ideas, identifying product-market fit, defining marketing strategies and building lean products.
